Here at Blue Cat Catering we make all our own homemade appetizing food for our buffets- even down to the sandwich fillings.

Some of our filling are: creamy egg mayo using free range eggs, smooth mature cheddar cheese, our own home baked mouth watering honey roasted gammon ham. Enticing tuna with velvet mayo with red peppers.

Blue Cat's own coleslaw, waldorf salad and fresh salads locally sourced where possible.
